Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of this agreement (the Agreement) between the Shotholder (Shotholder) and Guitar Wall Shots (GWS).

The Shotholder must agree to the terms of this document to be represented on Guitar Wall Shots.

Shot Policy

• Shot details can only be changed by request of the Shotholder and acceptance by GWS (but that's usually never a problem)
• Shots are listed permanently but position is determined by position value bids
• Shots can be removed at any time for violating our Shot policies as determined by GWS
• Shots that link to illegal or adult-related Web sites or other inappropriate content as determined by GWS are strictly forbidden
• Shots must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like cool, awesome, etc. You know what we mean (we hope).
• Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of GWS

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Position value bids or other add-on fees are non-refundable.
• You can remove a Shot by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your Shot can be removed, however no bids or fees will be refunded. Once again, this is rarely, if ever a problem.
